"I do believe Criterion's heart is in the right place, but having waited so long for another game bearing the Burnout name, I must say I wasn't expecting what Burnout Crash delivers. You'll hear comparisons to the original Grand Theft Auto with an explode button and Micro Machines with dynamite, but I hesitate to call this game Burnout." - Peter Eykemans of IGN.com

I dub thee 'Burnout Crash: Failtown'.
No wonder nothing came out at E3, I remember Alex Ward @CrashedAlex tweeting about being unsure if he could be bothered going to E3 this year. With this in his back pocket I can understand why :(
All that on the wall is UK 80's/early 90's TV celebrity pics. Seemingly trying to embrace the naffness of it all.
I have to end every statement about this game by saying it would be fine as a game if it hadn't been Criterion using the Burnout IP, knowing what they are capable of.
i was on Friday night, but didn't see anyone. i'm starting to come to the realization that we'll never play like we used to. I've already sold 90% of my games and, if it weren't for netflix and a few games coming out this year, i probably would have sold my 360 too.
4am sessions just aren't possible for me anymore and no one is on before midnight. i'm not even sure if i should get gears 3...
Gears 3 is the ONLY game Ive preordered, so you can count me in on that! I wish I was on more but Ive been really busy trying to pay all my bills and Im starting to really get back into making music also, which is what I did in my free time before I just got on Xbox Live and hung out playing Burnout with you guys every day.
I will definitely be on a lot more this week. I finished Portal 2 and will post my thoughts about it at some point. I was on chapter 8 and lost my game save, and had to restart from chapter 5 so I spent a lot of time with it. Cant wait for the coop. That and LP2 for sure this week!
Dude, its driving me NUTS!!! I really almost lost it when I booted up Portal 2, being moments from the ending, and it put me in chapter 5. The autosave just disappeared. Really Im just lucky I randomly decided to create a manual save point in Chapter 5, otherwise all would have been lost. Between Outland and Lost Planet 2 and Portal 2 its really getting ridiculous. Also, my Virtua Tennis 3 gamesave will sometimes glitch and I have to delete it to be able to play, so I have never unlocked a lot of the achievements like play 100 games on each court, which I would have by now...
Oh well, at least its better than losing my Burnout 3 save. I had to unlock the Euro like 5 times!
But yeah, Xbox Live Cloud saves cant come soon enough...
I never leave it to autosave. I have to get a round robin of 3 alternating saves going at once in case the system messes up or the game leads me down a bad path and bugs out.
I still can't figure out a way to help Bond get all his saves back though, short of mailing his HD to one of you to put on a working 360 and copy the saves you can onto a USB stick so he can load them onto his Slim model.

You keep losing a lot of game-saves lately...
Just saying...
